Cinemage! By using our AI-powered movie recommendation mobile application
("Service"), you agree to these Terms of Use ("Terms"). Please read them
carefully. ## 1. USE OF OUR SERVICE - You must be at least 13 years old to use
our Service. - You agree to use the Service only for personal, non-commercial
purposes. - You will not use the Service in any unlawful manner or for any
illegal activities. ## ## 2. ACCOUNTS AND SECURITY - You are responsible for
maintaining the confidentiality of your account authentication credentials. -
You agree to notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use of your
account. - We are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorized
use. - You may optionally share your email address in feedback, report problem,
or contact forms, but this information is not stored in our systems. ## ## 3.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY - Cinemage and its content, including AI-generated
recommendations, images, text, and design, are owned by or licensed to us. - You
may not copy, distribute, modify, or create derivative works based on our

submit feedback or other content to us. By doing so, you grant us a worldwide,
royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display that content to improve our
Service. - You are responsible for the content you provide and must not submit
anything illegal, offensive, or infringing on third-party rights. - Any email
address you provide in feedback forms is used solely for responding to you and
is not stored in our systems. ## 5. SERVICE LIMITATIONS - Users are subject to
daily request limits as defined by the app - These limits are implemented to
maintain service quality and prevent abuse - If a user exceeds the defined quota
for a given day, subsequent requests may be denied until the next day - These
limits may change and can be updated without prior notice ## 6. SUBSCRIPTION AND
PRICING ### Subscription - The app offers an auto-renewing subscription with a
3-day free trial - Pricing: £0.99 per month or £4.99 per year - Payment will be
charged to your Apple ID account at the confirmation of purchase - Subscription
automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before
the end of the current period - Your account will be charged for renewal within
24 hours prior to the end of the current period - You can manage or cancel your
subscription at any time in your App Store account settings ## 7. LIMITATION OF
LIABILITY - Our Service is provided "as is" and "as available." - We do not
guarantee the accuracy or availability of movie recommendations or streaming
platforms. - To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cinemage shall not be
liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your
use of the Service. ## ## 8. TERMINATION - We may suspend or terminate your
access to the Service if you violate these Terms. - You can stop using the
Service at any time by deleting your account. ## ## 9. CHANGES TO TERMS - We may
update these Terms from time to time. - We will notify you of significant
changes via the app. - Continued use of the Service after changes means you
